Golf is an outdoor sport in which the aim is to hit a ball with clubs into successive holes on a course in as few strokes as possible. At the end of the round, all the shots you’ve played add up to your score. The lower the score, the better your game.

Golf is accessible to everyone, at any age. It’s never too early or too late to take up golf. It’s a sport that requires no prerequisites. Golf can be played from an early age right up to the very end.

How do I get started in golf?
Discovery Workshops: 3 hours of multi-sensory experiences
Twice a year (between March and April and September and October), Golf Bastide de la Salette in Marseille offers non-golfers a 3-hour multi-sensory experience.
On the program: 1h30 introduction to golf supervised by a qualified instructor with loan of equipment, 45 min eco-tour of the course in an electric cart and 45 min cocktail and tasting of local produce for €39/person.
